Custom Label Design Instructions for Hemp Wick Rolls

Welcome to Natural Materials Unlimited! Follow these instructions to create and submit your custom label for our hemp wick rolls. Ensure your label not only stands out but also adheres to our specifications for a seamless production process.

1. Artwork Design & Submission
– Resolution & Format: Submit your artwork in high resolution, at least 300 DPI, or as a vector graphic (in formats such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF) to ensure quality printing. All designs must be submitted in CMYK color format.
– Label Size & Orientation: The label dimension is set at 52x73mm. The provided Illustrator document (and PDF found on www.hempwick.eu) outlines the correct dimensions. Orientation should complement your design while adhering to size constraints.
– Bleed Requirements: Include a 2mm bleed beyond the black line to facilitate proper cutting. Ensure that your label’s color extends past this line to avoid white margins.
– Barcode: If including a barcode, it must fit within the designated dashed box. You can align it left, right, or center, based on your design preference.
– Font Size: Ensure that any text on your label is no smaller than 1.15mm. This corresponds to approximately 3.5pt in font size for most fonts, ensuring readability.
– Brand Area & Design Limitations: Your design can extend to the dashed lines around the brand area but must not cross them. Use this space for your store logo, business information, and creative elements. We recommend including safety instructions for the wick use within this area such as “Make sure to completely extinguish the wick. Pull out as much wick as you need from the center and keep the roll vertical, you don’t need a huge flame to enjoy your herb.” Or something to that affect.

2. Design Submission
– Through Our Website: Submit your final label design via our website, (http://www.hempwick.eu), following the upload instructions.
– Via Email: Alternatively, email your design to (mailto:sales@naturalmaterials.pl) for approval. Include all relevant design files and your contact information.
– Design Assistance: If you require design services, please provide us with your high-resolution logo (300 DPI or vector graphic). Our team can assist in creating a label that meets your needs.

3. Proof Approval and Production
– Approval Process: Once submitted, your label design will undergo review. We will provide digital proofs for your approval before proceeding to print.
– Payment & Production: A 50% deposit is required to commence production, with the balance due at shipment. We offer free shipping from Poland Via FedEx.

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery
– Variable Turnaround: Production and shipping times vary. We strive to complete orders efficiently while ensuring quality. Expect communication regarding your order’s estimated completion and delivery dates. Our goal is 10 business days from artwork approval to delivery.
